PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING  FOR TRANSCRIPT/EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT (ECA)/ VERIFICATION / ATTESTATION OF DOCUMENTS OF EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
 
            Candidate/ Institution/ Agency to write an application or e-mail to the Controller of Examinations, Himachal Pradesh University containing therein detail of qualification pursued from this University as well as specific request for Issuance of TRANSCRIPT /Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)/ Verification/ Attestation of documents of educational qualification pursued from H.P. University.  The application may be sent to the University by post at the address “Controller of Examinations, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla- 171005” or by e-mail at e-mail id : coehpu[at]hpuniv[dot]ac[dot]in or coehpu[at]rediffmail[dot]com  .   The application/ e-mail must also include full postal address of the addressee (i.e. Agency/ Institution/ Individual to whom the Tran / Verification/ Attestation is to be delivered). If additionally, an advance copy of the verification is required to be sent through e-mail, a specific request for doing so can also be included alongwith e-mail id at which the Tran/ Verification/ Attestation is to be delivered. 
            The application/e-mail must accompany clear/ legible photocopies of relevant Certificates, Consolidated Marks Certificate (CMC), Degree and Academic Records Request Form (if any, as in case of WES) etc. and fees as per detail below : -

            The applicable/ requisite fees can either be deposited in cash at counters of Banks located within the premises of the University campus or through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Himachal Pradesh University, Summer Hill, Shimla-5 (Account No. 10091435340 & IFSC Code : SBIN0002490) or online by way of Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI/ scanning QR Code after following the link : https://nmiscfee.hpushimla.in/   and logging in.
