About Us:

Computerisation of Examination system was started in the year 2005 by establishing Computer Centre in the exam section under Controller of Examination. In the first stage, some of the Post Graduate classes and Undergraduate classes were computerized by in-house softwares and utilities development.

Now with the implementation of Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) under Rashtriya Uchhatra Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) in undergraduate classes, the process of online filling of examination forms, online submission of awards and online generation of grade cards was successfully completed by computer centre.

By seeing after the success story of computerization of examination system, university took a leap forward to computerize the entire official department in the university. For this purpose, computer centre examination wing took initiative to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in the university which is under implementation stage.

Milestone:

Various utilities were developed and used by colleges and university for different Examination activities.These are:
 

• Developed Post-Examination Database Management system using with Oracle 9i/10g .
• Developed Pre-Examination SMIS (Student Management Information System) Utility
• Developed Awards entry utilities to entre the awards (Theory, Practical and Internal Assessment) of the candidates
• Developed Case settlement utilities to remove the discrepancies for result late cases,RLA,Fee etc.

Software Available:

Windows 7/10, Oracle 9i/10g, Microsoft SQL server 2012, MS Access 2003/2007, Visual Studio 6, VB.Net, MVC.
