Dr. Disha Thakur is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Civil Engineering) in University Institute of Technology (UIT), HPU, Shimla. She received her M.Tech degree in Geotechnical Engineering from DAV Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jalandhar in 2016 and completed her Ph.D from Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan in 2020. She has published 11 research/conference papers/book chapter in reputed journals and International/National Conferences. Her research interests mainly include Geotechnical Engineering, Solid Waste management.
