    (1) Dr.Arpita completed her bachelors in Science and physical education with Gold medal from Central university HNBGU.

    (2) Masters in Yogic science and in Philosophy with Gold medal.
    (3) She received more than 20 Gold and silver medals in different Yoga competitions at National and International levels.
    (4) She qualified UGC-NET -JRF
    (5) More than 9 research papers in International and National journal 
    (6) Given more than 60 lectures in Different universities of India and HRDC -ASC 
    (7) Given more than 400 lectures and workshops of Yoga and Yoga Therapy in Europian and Asian countries like Bulgaria,Russia,Indonesia,South Korea,China,Thailand.
    (8) Travelled more than 8 countries .
    (9) Awarded 2 times by Hon.Governor of Jammu and Kashmir also awarded by C.M ,Speaker of Uttarakhand for great contribution in the field of Yoga and Yoga therapy .
