Dr. Shalu presently working as Assistant Professor (ECE), UIT, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (A State Government University). She received her M.Tech degree in Microelectronics & VLSI from IIT Roorkee, Uttrakhand, India in 2014.  She has completed her Ph.D. degree in Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering from NIT Hamirpur (H.P) in 2019. Her PhD research work is mainly focused on Mathematical modeling, Statistical variability analysis, and Device/circuit co-design analysis of JL based FinFET Structure. She has working knowledge of various software including Sentaurus TCAD, Tanner EDA, Cadence and MATLAB. She has published more than 10 research articles in reputed international and national journals. She has got total research and academic experience of more than 5 years. Her research interest include low power VLSI devices, analytical modeling, Spintronics and Modern VLSI devices. In addition to her teaching responsibility at UIT, HPU, she is also a part of UIT Newsletter Editorial team and Coordinator of Academic Calendar.
